These dudes are a super experimental group out of the New York anti-pop scene that, oddly enough, the hipsters didn't seem to glom onto like they did Animal Collective. You might describe this track as electronically melodic, but with a deep, almost tribal beat that drives the song - reminiscent of a little Late of the Pier, for those with a bit more experimental palette. (Also, if you're diggin' this, I'd highly recommend those guys as well.) Anyway, here's the lyrics, which, in the song, can be painful at times:
